Our longtime friend, Uncle Nemesis, has written a post about the perils and questions of starting a podcast to accompany his blog, Nemesis to Go. And while at the same time providing examples of how podcasts are successfully and legally created, he also mentions a few shows which are probably just very lucky for having not gotten sued yet. … And of course, RFA had to throw out a few comments, especially as we were mentioned.

Last week we informed you of the return of Radio Free Abattoir’s audio web casts and promised a new show at the end of the year. Well, we’ve kept our promise and RFA 9.01 is live. Greetings from a chilly northeastern Tennessee, where I’m visiting for the week to spend Christmas with my family. I have a lot of last-minute shopping to do and I’m sure you have a lot to do as well, but I wanted to quickly let you know that a new Radio Free Abattoir on-demand web cast went live last Friday.
